"Kind of a frustrating mix-up"
I ordered two items and, well, one of them ended up being the wrong thing, and the other one was just missing completely. I mean, mistakes happen, sure, but it was still annoying. I reached out to support, and they did get back to me eventually, but it felt like it took way longer than it should have
"Confusing order process, probably not for me"
I didn’t have the best experience ordering from thenutritioncorners.com, though maybe I just caught it on a bad day. The site felt a little clunky to me, and checkout ended up being more frustrating than I expected. I kept second-guessing whether my order actually went through or what step I was even on.
Customer support didn’t really clear things up either. The replies were slow and didn’t give me much to work with, unless I was just expecting too much. Maybe other people have had a smoother time, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I stopped in looking for a few basic supplements, but there wasn’t much to choose from :/ I couldn’t find the brands I usually buy, so I ended up leaving without getting anything

"Good products, but the shipping was frustrating"
I ordered from thenutritioncorners.com and while the product itself seemed fine, the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking updates weren’t very helpful either, so I was mostly just waiting around not knowing what was going on. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t really need it anymore, which was annoying. I might consider ordering again if I’m not in a rush, but they definitely need to work on their shipping and communication
"Package showed up completely smashed"
My package arrived with the box crushed and taped up really weird. The weird part is, one of the tub lids was cracked, so powder had leaked all over inside the box. It just felt like nobody handled it with much care, and I’m disappointed.

"Promo code didn’t apply at checkout"
I thought the discount looked like a good deal, but when I checked out, it still charged me the full price. Maybe it works for certain items or under specific conditions, but in my case it didn’t apply, which was disappointing.

"Didn’t feel fresh or legit??"
I ordered from thenutritioncorners.com i wasn’t really happy with what I got. The product looked kind of old, and the smell was a little off?? That made me uncomfortable about using it. Even the packaging didn’t really give me confidence that everything was legit. Maybe other people had a better experience, but my order just didn’t feel fresh or genuine to me. I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again

"The return ended up being way more of..."
The return ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I kept waiting on replies, then the instructions felt a bit all over the place, and by the time my refund finally showed up, I was already annoyed about the whole thing. I mean, I know returns aren’t always instant, but this one just dragged on and made me not want to deal with it again.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the prices felt high for what you’re getting. I checked a few similar items elsewhere and couldn’t really see why these cost so much more. For my budget, it just didn’t feel worth it...

"Couldn’t get the supplements I needed"
I was trying to restock a few of my usual supplements, but almost everything I wanted was listed as out of stock. I checked back a couple of times thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but nothing really changed.
It was frustrating because the site makes it easy to browse and get interested in products, but if they’re not actually available, it kind of defeats the purpose. For me, it was a reminder that convenience only matters if the basics are handled, so I ended up ordering from somewhere else.

I went in with a couple of basic questions about supplements, but the staff couldn’t really give me clear answers. When I reached out to support afterward, it felt like they were putting the blame on me for not knowing exactly what to ask or buy. Just not a great experience overall
